Shopping Basics

Our products are sent from Belgrade, Serbia. You can receive your products through Serbian Post.

Our returns or refunds policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

As a small, social business – we’d much prefer you take a credit note or exchange instead of returning an item.

For orders over the festive period, you have until the 8th January for us to receive items for an exchange or return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If possible, Please could you include the Packing Slip stating your reason for return.

Payments

We have just started our small business so for the time being, we only sell products to customers from Serbia. We accept pay-when-you-receive payments through the post.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
